Corporate Development Associate
About the Role
You will analyze and execute M&A and strategic investment opportunities, conduct financial analysis and due diligence, and prepare internal pitch materials and integration plans. You will work cross-functionally with senior leaders to shape and implement company strategy through deal execution, market and competitive research, and will help manage investor outreach and the capital raising process.
Requirements
- 4 years at a top-tier company in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or private equity
- M&A and/or Venture Capital experience highly preferred
- Excellent financial analysis skills
- BS/BA degree from top tier University
- Pass employment education and criminal background checks
Responsibilities

- Cultivate industry connections and stay current on new developments
- Drive capital raising processes, including investor outreach, presentations, due diligence facilitation, and ongoing investor communication
