Creative Director Design Lead
About the Role
You will lead the design team to define and execute innovative design strategies for Web3 and crypto projects. You will create and maintain a cohesive visual language across illustrations, icons, color, typography and motion. You will design user-centric interfaces that meet product and user needs. You will monitor Web3, blockchain and crypto design trends and apply relevant innovations. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing to ensure design consistency across initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Mandarin proficiency
- Impressive portfolio of design work, preferably within web3 or crypto
- Experience with automated design tools and interest in AI technologies
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe
- Strong strategic thinking and creative execution skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent education background from a renowned art school
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design or a related field
- Crypto native or DeFi experience is a plus
