Creator Partnerships Lead
About the Role
In this role, you will be the TikTok whisperer for Peanut. You will identify and build relationships with high-potential micro-influencers, negotiate rates, and experiment with content strategies to make our product go viral. You will immerse yourself in the attention economy, spotting trends and understanding what captures an audience's interest. Your mission is to leverage creator partnerships to significantly grow our brand's presence and user base.
Requirements
- Extensive daily screen time and deep understanding of TikTok
- Proven experience growing at least one account from 0 to 1k+ followers
- Ability to spot a micro-influencer with high engagement before they blow up
- Familiarity with Notion, gsheets and other collaboration tools
- Spanish or Portuguese speaker
- Excellent communication skills
