Crypto Associate Producer
About the Role
You will assist in the planning, production, and publication of podcasts and other media. You will pitch guests and episode ideas, coordinate and schedule recordings, run A/V checks, and provide hosts with research, questions, and background. You will help publish episodes, maintain analytics records, and execute greenlit media projects from start to finish. You will propose improvements to workflows and support research and planning for other media initiatives. You will work autonomously in a remote environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the crypto industry
- 2+ years of experience in podcast or video production
- Familiarity with Riverside, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, OBS, YouTube Studio, and Wordpress
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Creative instincts for identifying compelling stories and guests
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced remote environment
- Proactive, solution oriented mindset
