Crypto Native Sales Representative

About the Role

You will manage the full sales cycle with web3 projects, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure. You will lead discovery conversations with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand client needs and communicate value. You will hit and exceed sales targets, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, track performance, and refine your approach using data-driven insights. You will stay informed on market trends and represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and uncover new business opportunities. You will work remotely within the required timezone window and collaborate with distributed teams to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise full cycle sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience with Hubspot or a similar CRM
  • Experience selling cybersecurity products and/or services to developers or technical customers
  • Strong understanding of Web3 including smart contracts, DeFi, DAOs, and Layer 2 Rollups
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently to meet deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with creativity and adaptability
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proven success working in a remote-first, globally distributed team
