Customer Growth Lead, Americas

About the Role

You will partner directly with game studio partners to diagnose growth bottlenecks, design activation strategies, and operationalise rollouts end-to-end. You will coordinate cross-functional specialists, implement repeatable playbooks, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and act as the escalation point to ensure delivery meets commercial expectations.

Requirements

  • Drive commercial outcomes for customers in high growth environments
  • 2+ years in top tier strategy consulting with experience solving commercial or go to market challenges
  • Strong problem solving toolkit able to define challenges and design executable plans
  • Hands on experience activating or scaling go to market initiatives in tech or gaming
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to translate complex ideas
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and shifting priorities with bias for action
  • High learning velocity and curiosity for gaming and web3

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose growth challenges and design activation plans with studio partners
  • Bring cross functional teams together to operationalise activation strategies
  • Implement repeatable playbooks and scalable growth programs
  • Analyse performance trends and customer behaviour to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Delivery to refine adoption of growth products
  • Own end to end rollout and measure outcomes against commercial scorecards
  • Act as strategic escalation point for high value partners to ensure delivery
