Customer Success Engineer / Solutions Architect

About the Role

You will work directly with enterprise and high-growth customers to design implement and scale production applications on the platform. You will act as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts, architect integrations using APIs wallets payments and tokenization, build proofs of concept and lightweight tooling, guide go-lives and performance tuning, and translate customer needs into product and engineering insights. You will also automate delivery workflows and proactively manage technical risk to drive long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering solutions engineering or forward deployed engineering
  • Strong experience with APIs and integrations including REST API authentication flows webhooks and SDKs
  • Proficiency in TypeScript or Python
  • Working knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React
  • Hands-on web3 experience including wallets tokenization and blockchain systems
  • Experience writing and deploying smart contracts such as ERC721 ERC1155 and ERC20
  • Comfort operating in customer-facing environments with engineers product leaders and executives
  • Strong communication skills able to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • High autonomy adaptability and ability to prioritize in ambiguous environments
  • Interest in programmable wallets stablecoins and agent-driven commerce
  • Experience supporting enterprise or regulated customers in fintech crypto or payments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog or Sentry (preferred)
  • Experience contributing to SDKs middleware or developer platforms (preferred)
  • Experience using automation and AI tools such as scripting Zapier or AI copilots to scale delivery (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own technical success for key customers
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Architect end to end integrations using APIs wallets payments and tokenization primitives
  • Build proofs of concept middleware scripts or lightweight applications to accelerate adoption
  • Support customers through go-live scaling observability and performance tuning
  • Lead architecture reviews implementation walkthroughs and best practice sessions
  • Automate delivery workflows using scripting and AI to improve velocity and reliability
  • Proactively identify risks unblock issues and drive customer health and expansion
