Customer Success Manager

About the Role

You will manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients. You will support sales efforts, respond rapidly to changing requirements, and solve complex problems under pressure. You will use strong people management and communication skills to maintain customer satisfaction and handle compliance or finance-related customer needs when required.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English (C1 or above)
  • At least 4+ years of prior account management experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong relationship and people management capabilities
  • Creative problem solving and results driven
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle changing requirements and unforeseen issues
  • Previous crypto or blockchain experience a plus but not necessary
  • Previous compliance or finance experience a plus
