Customer Support Representative
About the Role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and escalate issues when necessary. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product, use active listening to diagnose customer needs, provide clear solutions, and participate in meetings to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and Zarma and other local languages
- 3+ years' experience in a comparable position (Call center or Customer Service)
- Ability to work with flexible schedules
Responsibilities
