Deal Desk Manager

About the Role

You will support Go to Market teams through the full lifecycle of building, reviewing, approving, and negotiating deals. You will manage the CPQ setup and guided selling flows, perform pricing analyses, ensure financial accuracy and deal profitability, maintain Salesforce opportunity data quality, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to keep deals moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Contracts, or Sales/Revenue Operations
  • Experience with SaaS contracts and usage-based billing models
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge and hands-on CPQ experience
  • Experience administering a deal desk process for a technically complex, multi-product platform
  • Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and contract language
  • Understanding of revenue recognition rules
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and serving as a cross-functional hub
  • DealHub CPQ experience or certification (nice to have)
  • Experience at a growth-phase startup in SaaS, Fintech, or Fraud (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Manage CPQ (DealHub) setup including guided selling flows, pricing rules, bundling, and overall configuration
  • Advise Sales, Post-Sales, and Partnerships on deal structure, pricing analyses, and non-standard agreements
  • Implement and update pricing inputs and ensure deal profitability in collaboration with Finance and Data Strategy
  • Coordinate information flow across Sales, Services, Legal, Accounting, and Operations throughout the deal cycle
  • Maintain accuracy of key Salesforce opportunity fields to support reporting and customer setup
  • Formalize and enforce deal review and approval processes to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
  • Build internal relationships to remove friction and accelerate deal execution
