DeFi Trader
About the Role
You will directly manage a DeFi trading book during Asian hours, handling operational and trading issues in real time. You will analyze DeFi protocols to identify trading opportunities and risks, perform on-chain analysis to observe participant behaviour, and explore collaboration opportunities with projects. You will develop, test and improve trading strategies, build models and tools to automate daily tasks, and work with trading and middle office teams to ensure trades are booked and reconciled correctly. Expect to code analysis and strategy work, primarily using Python or other relevant languages.
Requirements
- Think in terms of probabilities and expected value with a strong quantitative background
- Design, develop, test and code trading strategies
- Deep understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
- Experience coding with Python or other relevant languages
- Bachelor's degree or above in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Quantitative Sciences, Engineering or related disciplines
Responsibilities
