About the Role

You will act as the primary bridge between clients and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, high-quality outcomes, and continuous improvement. You will monitor delivery metrics, identify skill gaps, adjust team composition, plan budgets, and pursue opportunities to grow client engagement. You will make timely decisions, coach team members, and keep client satisfaction and team well-being at the forefront.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Delivery Manager
• Experience in delivery management or working under a senior Delivery Manager
• Exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and resilience
• Decisive decision-making
• Strategic thinking and big-picture orientation
• Positive and fair interpersonal approach
• Knowledge or experience in Web3 or blockchain (nice to have)

• Foster and maintain strong client partnerships
• Facilitate frequent professional communication between team and client
• Strategize improvements to delivery quality and team satisfaction
• Re-evaluate team structure and identify skill gaps
• Plan succession and ensure continuity
• Monitor client satisfaction and team performance using data-driven metrics
• Identify and create new business opportunities
• Manage budget planning and utilization to maximize revenue
