Deployment Strategist
About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and act as a trusted advisor to law enforcement, regulators, and crypto businesses. You will explain complex technical and investigative concepts, build and deliver tailored product demonstrations, conduct structured trainings, monitor customer engagement, identify churn risk, and coordinate trace validation with internal teams. You will establish regular stakeholder engagement, respond to time-sensitive inquiries, and travel occasionally for in-person meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within law enforcement, government, crypto businesses, or financial institutions in compliance, investigative, or customer-facing functions
- Fluent Korean speaker with high proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics, ideally in a compliance or investigative context
- Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver actionable solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and rigor in regulatory and investigative contexts
- Ability to distill and communicate complex technical and investigative concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving regulatory priorities
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional outcomes
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings and trainings
