Developer Relations Engineer (LATAM)
About the Role
You will engage with developers across LATAM to provide technical support, run workshops, create documentation and tutorials, and contribute code or educational materials to open source projects. You will gather developer feedback and relay it to engineering and product teams, assess technical proposals and integrations, track engagement metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to support their technical needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more general-purpose languages (e.g. TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, Java)
- Fundamentals of Solidity
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and EVM solutions
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Spanish
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor in computer science or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers
- Act as primary technical contact for developer inquiries and support
- Plan and deliver meetups, webinars, workshops, and educational events
- Create and maintain technical documentation and tutorials
- Contribute to open source projects and ecosystem tooling
- Gather developer feedback and relay it to product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to align outreach
- Track and analyze developer engagement metrics and refine strategies
- Assess technical leads such as grant proposals and product requirement documents
