Developer Relations
About the Role
You will educate and engage developers through storytelling and practical examples, producing demos, tutorials, documentation and video walkthroughs to improve onboarding. You will build developer tools and reference implementations, provide developer support across social channels, speak at events and host workshops, and feed community insights back into product and educational strategy. You will track and evaluate developer engagement metrics and iterate on outreach and technical materials to improve adoption.
Requirements
- 2+ years in software engineering experience
- 2+ years building smart contracts in Solidity
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and React and interaction with blockchain via JavaScript libraries
- Understanding of common smart contract attacks and risks
- Understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)
- Understanding of cross-chain messaging
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, FHE, ZK and MPC
- Proficient in spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Educate and engage the developer community through storytelling and practical examples on Twitter, Discord and Telegram
- Foster early adopters and broaden community participation, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction
- Develop tools, demos, tutorials, video walkthroughs and documentation to enhance developer onboarding
- Represent Inco at global events, including speaking engagements and hosting workshops
- Provide developer support and act as a liaison between the community and internal teams
- Advocate for the community internally and contribute community-driven input to development and educational strategy
- Build software and technical demos and participate in technical discussions with builders
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify developer-focused content and outreach
- Act as technical spokesperson at major conferences to support and promote network development
- Measure the impact of developer relations activities using metrics and adjust strategies based on insights
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and developer relations best practices
