Developer Relations Lead
About the Role
You will engage directly with developers and integrators to help them adopt and integrate blockchain solutions. You will create educational technical content, provide hands-on integration support and training, collect developer feedback, and represent the product at events and online. You will also recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing Developer Relations team and coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing to improve developer experience.
Requirements
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies
- Knowledge of smart contracts
- Knowledge of dApp development
- Knowledge of blockchain protocols
- Experience in developer relations or developer advocacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience engaging developer communities via events and online channels
- Familiarity with developer tools, SDKs, and API integrations
- Proficiency in Solidity
- Experience with Rust is advantageous
- Contributions to open-source projects is desirable
Responsibilities
- Engage and support developer and blockchain communities
- Advocate technology and represent the project at conferences, workshops, and online
- Provide integration support to potential and existing integrators
- Create technical content including blogs, tutorials, documentation, and sample code
- Offer technical support and training to developers adopting solutions
- Collect and integrate developer feedback into product improvements
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing on developer programs
- Build and lead a Developer Relations team and oversee hiring and strategy
