Developer Relations Manager
About the Role
You will cultivate and champion a global community of developers, traders, and market creators. You will guide external teams through API integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and build proof-of-concepts using Python or TypeScript. You will source and nurture strategic partnerships, run the grants program end-to-end, and turn community feedback into actionable product insights. You will act as the internal advocate for partner and developer needs to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in developer relations, business development, or ecosystem growth within crypto, DeFi, or emerging tech
- Deep web3 fluency including blockchain mechanics and smart contracts
- API-first mindset and experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
- Hands-on technical skills in Python or TypeScript for testing and proof-of-concepts
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Polymarket APIs or demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technical systems
- Bonus: background in prediction markets, trading platforms, or quantitative finance
