Developer Relations
About the Role
You will engage with developers and partners to grow the ecosystem, create developer-facing content and tools, and translate developer needs into product improvements. You will produce tutorials, demo videos, blog posts and technical documentation, contribute to technical design and implementation, and run workshops, meetups, hackathons and conferences. You will monitor broader crypto trends, stay active on community platforms, and measure success through project KPIs while working autonomously in a remote environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with start-ups or scale-ups and Web3 developer relations
- Passion for and deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems and Layer 1 landscape
- Experience with Rust TypeScript and Golang
- Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and the app landscape within Cosmos
- Business-level technical knowledge of blockchain and Web3 fundamentals
- Ability to set and assess success metrics and KPIs
- Ability to communicate value propositions to startups and developers
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid ramp up on new skills
- Experience with internet culture memes Discord and Twitter
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and regional languages
Responsibilities
- Support ecosystem strategy and drive growth of Web3 partnerships and projects
- Create demo videos, tutorials, blog posts and social content
- Improve developer experience by building developer-focused tooling and documentation
- Contribute to technical design and implementation of products and protocols
- Coordinate and deliver workshops meetups hackathons and conferences
- Engage with community on cryptocurrency NFTs and ecosystem developments
- Measure and assess project success using KPIs and analytics
- Work autonomously and communicate across teams
