Developer Support Engineer
About the Role
You will be the technical point of contact for developers, triaging, debugging, and resolving integration issues across APIs, SDKs, and product integrations. You will collaborate with engineering to escalate and prioritize bugs and edge cases, and create and maintain troubleshooting guides, starter repositories, and code samples. You will partner with product and documentation teams to improve onboarding and integration experiences, and help define scalable internal processes for high-quality technical support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, developer success, or software engineering
- Proficient programming and debugging skills in JavaScript and TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience with modern web frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting ability including analyzing logs and code snippets
- Proactive customer-focused mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships with engineers, product managers, and developer communities
- Bonus: familiarity with authentication, crypto wallets, Web3 infrastructure, or fintech APIs
