Developer Tooling Coordinator

About the Role

You will drive strategic technical decisions that shape developer tooling across languages, frameworks, and AI-assisted tools. You will coordinate resource allocation, review implementations, contribute code, and make architecture decisions guided by quantitative metrics and technical judgment. You will spot and act on emerging technology trends, dive deep into codebases, and coordinate with stakeholders across projects. You should be available for synchronous calls around 14:00 UTC and be willing to travel occasionally to relevant events.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Ethereum development experience (smart contracts, dApps, infrastructure, or developer tools)
  • Experience with Solidity and Vyper
  • Familiarity with client libraries such as viem, wagmi, and ethers.js
  • Experience with development frameworks such as Foundry and Hardhat
  • Experience with frontend integrations like RainbowKit or ConnectKit
  • Proven ability to review implementations and contribute code
  • Ability to make technical architecture decisions using quantitative metrics and technical judgment
  • Experience coordinating resource allocation and leading cross-team technical initiatives
