DevRel Engineer (APAC) - Mandarin Speaking
About the Role
You will help developers across APAC discover, understand, and integrate LI.FI by supporting integrations, answering technical questions, and providing clear examples and documentation. You will create technical content in Chinese and English, localize product updates for regional audiences, join developer events and calls, and relay feedback to product and engineering while keeping public examples and docs accurate.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a developer-facing integrations or technical support role
- Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Working knowledge of Web3 fundamentals including EVM chains, wallets, ERC-20s, bridging, and swaps
- Basic coding ability in JavaScript and/or TypeScript (Node or React/Next.js a plus)
- Comfortable talking to developers and providing live support
- Based in an APAC timezone
Responsibilities
- Support APAC developers integrating LI.FI
- Answer technical questions and follow issues to resolution
- Create technical content in Chinese and English
- Localize and share product updates for APAC audiences
- Organize or join online workshops, hackathons, and partner events
- Join customer and business development calls and follow up with docs and samples
- Relay developer feedback and recurring issues to DevRel Product and Engineering
- Maintain and update public examples and documentation
