About the Role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years in strategic partnerships business development or related roles in fintech or crypto
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology
• Proven ability to identify pursue and close complex partnerships
• Proven experience securing alignment from key internal stakeholders
• Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences including executive leadership
• Track record of developing and managing high-impact partnerships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ecosystem and product partnership strategy in alignment with product and go-to-market goals
• Lead partnership negotiations and structure commercial agreements and co-marketing plans
• Drive technical and product integrations and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations and represent the company at industry events
• Monitor market developments in crypto infrastructure stablecoins and tokenization to identify opportunities
• Maintain and report a structured partnership pipeline tracking impact integration status and revenue contribution
• Advocate for partner needs and ecosystem signals to influence the product roadmap
• Ensure partnerships meet regulatory compliance and information security requirements
