Director of Commercial Development
About the Role
You will spearhead data center commercial initiatives by developing and implementing commercial strategy, identifying and securing new business with a focus on AI clients, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving revenue targets through effective sales and negotiations, leading a commercial team, and monitoring market and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in commercial roles within data center or related technology sectors
- Proven success in securing significant commercial agreements and driving revenue growth
- Established relationships with hyperscale and enterprise technology players
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
