Director of Enterprise Marketing
About the Role
You will develop and own enterprise go-to-market strategies across product lines, define and refine product positioning and messaging, and collaborate with product and engineering to communicate technical value. You will partner with sales and business development to enable revenue growth through demand generation and account-based marketing, lead strategic campaigns and thought leadership, manage and mentor a small marketing team and external agencies, and track and report on marketing performance and pipeline impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience including at least 5 years in enterprise B2B or product marketing leadership roles
- Proven success leading enterprise go-to-market efforts from strategy through execution
- Strong background in technical marketing and ability to communicate complex product capabilities clearly
- Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, banking, or payments companies at the enterprise level
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a technical discipline (MBA or equivalent experience a plus)
- Familiarity with Bitcoin, blockchain, or crypto technologies and the digital asset ecosystem
