Director of People Technology & Data
About the Role
You will define and execute the multi-year roadmap for people technology and data, evaluate and recommend technologies to improve the employee lifecycle, and oversee implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of core People systems (HCM, ATS, LMS, Compensation, Performance Management). You will develop and mature the people data analytics function by creating standardized dashboards, reports, and predictive models to surface workforce trends, hiring effectiveness, retention, and performance insights. You will partner with business leaders to translate workforce challenges into data-driven solutions, manage large-scale projects, vendors, and budgets, mentor and develop technical talent, and communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences in business terms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8–10 years progressive experience in HR technology with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Extensive experience managing HR technology systems such as Workday and Ashby, including full lifecycle implementation and post-go-live optimization
- Proven track record building and managing people data strategy including reporting, analytics, and data governance
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, vendors, and budgets effectively
