Director of Product Management - Core Extension UX
About the Role
You will lead the Transaction Swimlane end-to-end, managing multiple product teams and directly owning the most critical in-wallet transaction flows and performance metrics. You will set product strategy based on user jobs-to-be-done and measurable outcomes, translate strategy into clear roadmaps, prioritize execution, align with Design Data and Engineering, make trade-offs, and hold teams accountable while maintaining quality, reliability, and user trust.
Requirements
- Previous crypto wallet experience
- Proven experience leading multiple product teams in complex products
- Player-coach experience operating at director level and diving into UX and technical details
- Product judgment grounded in user empathy and design thinking
- Track record of driving monetized products without degrading user trust
- Clear authoritative communication skills
- Willingness to submit to employment background checks
