Director of Sales
About the Role
You will lead institutional and enterprise client acquisition across the United States. You will own revenue generation for the US Markets business, source and manage a pipeline of private market opportunities, and negotiate commercial agreements. You will build and maintain client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor on issuance and regulatory considerations, collaborate with Client Support, Operations, Product, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and compliant solutions, and deliver forecasts, sales metrics, and market intelligence.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of institutional or enterprise sales experience in capital markets, fintech, or asset management
- Requisite FINRA licensing (Series 7, Series 63, Series 24, Series 79 at a minimum)
- Deep understanding of private markets, alternative investments, or digital asset products
- Proven track record of originating and closing complex B2B or institutional deals
- Strong understanding of securities regulations (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+)
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Responsibilities
- Own revenue generation for the US Markets business

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across product lines
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and partnership terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, asset managers, and intermediaries
- Advise clients on digital asset structuring, issuance, and regulatory considerations
- Collaborate with Client Support and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and post-launch support
- Partner with Marketing to drive thought leadership and outbound campaigns
- Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships and product expansion
- Deliver accurate forecasts, sales metrics, and client insights to the executive team
- Work with Product, Legal, and Compliance to align client needs with regulatory requirements
- Provide product feedback and market intelligence
