About the Role

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture administration development and ecosystem management within an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams focused on scalable Salesforce delivery
• Proven track record designing and implementing scalable solutions for high-growth B2B companies preferably in FinTech SaaS or Blockchain
• Deep expertise in multiple Salesforce Clouds with Sales Cloud and CPQ experience required
• Demonstrated ability to consult with C-Suite executives and translate business vision into technical requirements
• Strong understanding of data security privacy and compliance requirements in a regulated financial environment
• Active Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator Platform App Builder or Consultant Architect certifications

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term global roadmap for the Salesforce platform
• Translate complex business objectives into efficient high-impact technical solutions for executives
• Oversee architecture design development and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions
• Ensure performance data integrity and compliance with high security standards
• Lead mentor and manage internal administrators developers and external consulting partners
• Drive continuous improvement in core business processes including lead-to-cash opportunity management and forecasting
• Lead change management programs to maximize user adoption
• Leverage AI and intelligent automation to enhance business processes and decision-making
