About the Role
You will lead the design, administration, and scaling of global compensation, equity, and benefits programs. You will manage equity grants and compliance, design executive and bonus compensation structures, and implement controls and SOX-compliant processes. You will partner with Legal, Finance, and HR and present recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience with at least 3 years in a U.S. public company environment
- Experience with cross-border equity plans and complex vesting schedules
- Knowledge of RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and DSUs
- Strong working knowledge of disclosure and filing requirements including 10b5-1 plans
- Practical experience with SOX 404 compliance and controls
- Familiarity and hands-on capability with public company equity plan administrators such as Fidelity
- Understanding of payroll tax implications of equity across jurisdictions
- CEP certification highly preferred
- Exposure to M&A transactions and equity plan transitions is a plus
- Proven ability to build processes and structure from scratch
- Ability to create strategic compensation structures and bonus programs
- Ability to partner effectively with Legal, Finance, HR, and executive leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead administration of global equity programs

- Coordinate equity activities with Legal, Finance, and HR
- Develop and maintain subsidiary equity plans
- Ensure SOX 404 compliance and maintain controls
- Design and evolve global compensation structures and executive compensation
- Oversee cash compensation planning and market benchmarking
- Prepare Board and Compensation Committee materials and recommendations
- Implement performance management systems and structured reviews
- Lead benefits and wellness program strategy and execution
- Evaluate and recommend competitive benefits offerings
