About the Role
You will own the strategy and execution of attracting and engaging top builders to the NYC ecosystem and The Studio. You will cultivate an environment focused on shipping, experimentation, and collaboration. You will build The Studio's brand as a premier destination for crypto builders in New York City. You will design and launch programs, events, and initiatives that advance the ecosystem, from invite-only gatherings to multi-day intensives and founder workshops. You will connect builders with the right people, resources, and opportunities, provide sharp feedback, and make high-impact introductions. You will manage the flow of builders through application review, onboarding and offboarding, and ensure alignment with ecosystem priorities. You will define goals and success metrics and measure outcomes to advance strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in crypto
- Deep network in New York City's web3 and greater tech scene
- Proven ability to build relationships with founders, investors, and builders
- Track record of organizing events, programs, or similar initiatives
- Experience across strategy, execution, business development, marketing, and operations
- Ability to provide evidence-based feedback to founders
- Detail-oriented and budget-conscious

- Engage current builders and convert new builders into the ecosystem
- Define goals and success metrics for The Studio and track outcomes
