Ecosystem and Campaigns Executive
About the Role
You will design and run partnership and marketing programs that drive engagement across multiple blockchains. You will build referral programs, trading leaderboards, and omnichain campaigns; forge and manage partnerships with chains, protocols, and NFT communities; and execute launches, airdrops, and incentive schemes. You will coordinate partners, measure campaign performance, iterate on tactics, and own campaign execution from planning to post‑mortem. You must work remotely, communicate clearly in English, and maintain organized campaign documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year full-time onchain work experience
- Deep knowledge of DeFi and experience across at least 5 chains
- Ability to name 10 or more protocols in SVM and EVM environments
- Impeccable written and spoken English
- Prior full-time work in crypto
- Experience participating in DAO governance (bonus)
- Demonstrable passion for altcoins and DeFi (bonus)
