Ecosystem Growth Manager

About the Role

You will ship measurable growth for priority apps and campaigns by designing and executing repeatable acquisition and activation loops across community, creators, partners, and distribution channels. You will operate across Bitcoin and Ethereum audiences and consider privacy as a product surface. You will design and run referral, tournament, creator, and partner activation programs; translate goals into scoped plans, timelines, budgets, and weekly shipping cadence; and build both virtual and small in-person community surfaces. You will act as growth point of contact for ecosystem apps, coordinate launches with app teams and partners, and deliver launch kits including positioning, channel plans, incentives, onboarding paths, and measurement plans. You will build and operate onboarding playbooks, referral tracking, leaderboards, and campaign templates, post and amplify on social channels (especially X/Twitter) to support launches and narratives, and scale reusable campaign assets. You will define success metrics, run weekly reporting and post-mortems, run A/B tests and experiments, and manage reward allocations, eligibility, anti-sybil controls, and payout operations while working within finance and legal constraints.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in growth, business development, product marketing, ecosystem, or community roles (crypto preferred)
  • Web2 growth experience valued
  • Proven record shipping programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong operator who writes plans, ships assets, drives stakeholders, and closes loops
  • Proficient using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to accelerate software and content creation
  • Crisp written communication for internal updates, partner comms, and public posts
  • Comfortable being public-facing on X/Twitter and contributing consistently
  • High ownership in remote, asynchronous execution
  • Nice to have: gaming growth, tournaments, creator programs, referral systems, Bitcoin-native ecosystem familiarity, privacy product familiarity, open-source community experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and run acquisition and activation programs (referrals, tournaments, creator formats, partner activations)
  • Translate goals into scoped plans, timelines, budgets, and weekly shipping cadence
  • Build and grow communities across virtual and physical surfaces
  • Keep programs measurable, simple, and operationally clean
  • Act as growth point of contact for selected ecosystem apps
  • Coordinate with app teams and external partners to land launches and updates
  • Deliver launch kits including positioning, channel plans, incentives, onboarding paths, and measurement plans
  • Build and operate onboarding playbooks, referral tracking, leaderboards, and campaign templates
  • Post and amplify on X/Twitter to support launches, campaigns, and ecosystem narratives
  • Scale reusable campaign-in-a-box assets for other teams
  • Define success metrics per program and run weekly reporting and post-mortems
  • Run A/B tests and iterate on growth experiments
  • Manage reward allocations, eligibility rules, anti-sybil measures, payout operations, and partner coordination
  • Work within finance and legal constraints when needed
