Ecosystem Manager
About the Role
You will scout and analyze promising Web3 projects, evaluate their potential, and nurture them through the sales funnel to close deals and onboard them. You will perform holistic valuations and support live projects to help them grow. You will respond quickly to strategic business needs and solve problems for partners. You will use CRM and data analysis to manage relationships and track progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Web3 industry
- Strong understanding of market research techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
