Enablement Specialist Private Sector
About the Role
You will design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, training, and sales enablement resources for private sector Account Directors and managers. You will coordinate and run onboarding sessions, build playbooks and collateral, manage readiness milestones, and facilitate certification and micro-training programs. You will maintain and optimize enablement tools such as Salesforce and Highspot, track program performance, collect feedback, and produce rapid turnaround enablement content for regulatory or competitive changes. You will partner cross-functionally to align product updates, messaging, and go-to-market priorities, and translate complex technical and compliance topics into clear, actionable guidance for sellers.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales training, or related GTM support functions
- Experience building and delivering onboarding and training programs for sales or customer-facing roles
- Hands-on expertise with sales tools such as Salesforce and Highspot
- Ability to quickly learn and synthesize complex content into simple resources
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience influencing cross-functionally without authority
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
