Engineering Lead
About the Role
You will start by writing and shipping production code across the full stack, working on frontend and backend systems, data architecture, and API integrations. You will ensure platform stability, security, and scalability by applying best practices in coding, documentation, and software design. Over time you will transition into a leadership role: manage engineering efforts, oversee projects, mentor junior engineers, set quality standards, and lead technical problem solving and technology evaluation (including web3 and AI-related integrations).
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years proven full-stack development experience
- Proven team leadership experience
- Hands-on coding experience within the last 2 years
- Experience with TypeScript Node.js React and Next.js
- Experience with ethers.js and web3 technologies such as Solidity IPFS and OpenZeppelin
- Familiarity with AWS Git Vercel Railway and Strapi
- Experience nurturing junior engineers
- Experience with AI integration or mobile apps is desirable
