Engineering Manager, Dashboard
About the Role
You will lead and manage the Dashboard engineering team to deliver a next-generation unified platform experience. You will plan and execute initiatives around operational approvals, API management, authentication and authorization, and user experience improvements. You will manage resources and timelines, set technical direction, implement testing and monitoring, drive incident response, remove process bottlenecks, and ensure solutions scale for customers. You will recruit, mentor, and develop engineers, provide timely feedback, and work closely with Product and Design to deliver high-quality, production-ready systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong technical background in full-stack web development
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks and backend systems
- Experience building and scaling customer-facing applications with complex authentication, authorization, and workflow requirements
- Track record of delivering large technical initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience implementing engineering best practices, monitoring, and operational excellence
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and grow engineering talent
- Experience using AI tools to improve work processes
- Previous experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus

- Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to make strategic decisions
- Guide the technical direction of the Dashboard platform

- Implement engineering best practices around testing, monitoring, and incident response
