Engineering Manager
About the Role
You will manage and coach a full-stack engineering team across web, mobile, backend, and data engineering. You will provide technical leadership, guide architectural decisions, and build and maintain developer infrastructure and multi-chain SDKs. You will maintain cross-platform client tooling (React, React Native) and work with engineers and founders to turn vision into a tangible roadmap. You will recruit, mentor, and raise the engineering bar with each new hire while ensuring the team delivers reliable, scalable systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years full-time software engineering experience
- 3+ years professional engineering management experience
- 1+ years full-time experience in a blockchain-based project
- Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
- Based in US or EU time zones and eligible to work remotely from those regions
