Engineering Manager, Platform Ecosystems
About the Role
You will lead the Platform Ecosystems team as a player-coach. You will write code, review pull requests, and deliver tools and reference implementations that improve the developer experience for Superchain users. You will empower the team to ship reliable and simple software, coach and mentor engineers through continuous feedback and development plans, and work closely with product to set engineering priorities.
Requirements
- 1+ years of people management experience at a high-growth startup
- Experience recruiting and building high-performing engineering teams
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams
- Experience managing and developing both junior and senior engineers
- Demonstrated interest and participation in the crypto/web3 ecosystem (full-time crypto experience not required)
- Significant hands-on software engineering experience
- Full-stack experience is a plus
- Experience with TypeScript or Go
- Clear written and in-person communication
