Engineering Manager, Product Experience

About the Role

You will lead the Product Experience team owning the full customer lifecycle — onboarding, activation, enablement, monetization, and integrations. You will set technical direction across full-stack surfaces, work hands-on in the codebase to unblock critical paths, and maintain high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate with founders and product leadership to shape roadmaps tied to growth and revenue, coach and mentor senior engineers, simplify complex product spaces, remove ambiguity, and keep execution tightly aligned to outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
  • 3+ years of leading product-facing teams
  • Experience building products and scaling teams in high-growth, high-velocity environments
  • Deep technical depth and full-stack engineering fundamentals
  • Strong instincts around design, architecture, and high-quality engineering execution
  • Bias for action, high agency, and urgency to push products forward

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team owning the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, enablement, monetization, and integrations
  • Set technical direction for full-stack surfaces using React, TypeScript, Next.js, AWS Lambda, and Go
  • Drive high-velocity execution while maintaining high quality and strong user experience
  • Jump into code to unblock critical paths and keep projects on track
  • Collaborate with founders and product leadership to shape roadmaps tied to growth, revenue, and customer impact
  • Coach, develop, and mentor senior engineers and foster ownership-driven culture
  • Simplify complex product spaces and remove ambiguity to ensure tight execution
