Enterprise Business Development Representative
About the Role
You will research and strategize target enterprise accounts across fintech, financial services, marketplaces, ecommerce, and high-risk verticals. You will perform tailored outreach and social selling on LinkedIn, overcome objections, qualify prospects, and set up high-quality meetings for account executives. You will use Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to maintain clean account and contact lists, optimize prospecting, and support sales operations. You will identify event attendees, schedule meetings in advance of conferences, attend select conferences, and travel 10–20%.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an enterprise BDR role or relevant consulting or financial investment experience
- Preferably experience within fraud, risk, or compliance
- Proficiency with outbound sales processes and tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and owning outcomes
- Experience creating opportunities through traditional outbound and LinkedIn social selling
- Creative problem-solving to break into top accounts and build multi-threaded relationships
- Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented mindset with experience prospecting and scheduling meetings across complex enterprises
- Willingness to travel 10–20% for conferences and events
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for targeting enterprise account lists
- Perform tailored outreach and social selling on LinkedIn to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Overcome objections and guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Support account executives with smooth handoffs and deliver well qualified meetings
- Use Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to optimize prospecting and maintain clean account and contact lists
- Identify key accounts and schedule meetings for conferences and industry events
- Attend select conferences and network in person
- Partner with Sales Operations to streamline and automate sales processes
- Follow a repeatable, process-driven outbound motion
