Enterprise Business Development Representative
About the Role
You will focus on building and executing targeted strategies to engage enterprise accounts across fintech, financial services, marketplaces, ecommerce, and high-risk verticals. You will research prospects, personalize outbound outreach, use CRM and sales automation tools to manage pipelines, and schedule meetings for account executives. You will collaborate with Sales Operations to streamline processes, track activities in the CRM, and iterate on approaches based on results. You will occasionally travel (10-20%) to attend conferences and industry events.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in an enterprise BDR role, preferably in fraud risk or compliance
- In-depth knowledge of financial institutions and the FinTech landscape
- Proficiency with outbound sales processes and tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo and HubSpot
- Proven track record in prospecting and scheduling meetings with potential clients
- Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel 10-20% for conferences and industry events
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for targeting enterprise accounts

- Overcome objections and guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Identify key accounts and schedule meetings with prospects and event attendees
- Use CRM and sales automation tools to optimize prospecting and account management
- Support account executives by coordinating handoffs of outbound leads
- Partner with Sales Operations to streamline and automate sales processes
