Enterprise Sales Engineer
About the Role
You will lead prospects through the sales process by connecting their technical needs to product value. You will deliver tailored product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, run security reviews, and produce comprehensive solution designs. You will collaborate with product and engineering to surface customer feedback, improve processes, and help prioritize product improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role supporting enterprise customers
- Experience in the risk, fraud, or compliance domain
- Proven success working with large financial institutions, banks, or global enterprises
- Experience with API based products and strong understanding of JSON
- Ability to read and understand code; familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java
- Strong analytical skills and technical problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment with global clients
Responsibilities
- Lead prospects through the sales process by mapping needs to technical solutions
- Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations
- Support Account Executives in identifying prospect fraud and compliance needs
- Interface with security teams and complete security reviews
- Complete RFPs and respond to technical questionnaires
- Create comprehensive solution designs addressing prospect requirements
- Collaborate with product and engineering to identify and prioritize product improvements
- Improve Sales Engineering processes and documentation
