Enterprise Sales Lead

About the Role

You will own the identification, execution, and scaling of high-impact partnerships with leading EMEA institutions. You will define and lead the end-to-end strategy for EMEA, originate and close complex commercial deals, and drive adoption of on-chain wallets, stablecoins, and embedded finance SDKs. You will channel market feedback to influence product roadmaps, ensure successful integration and onboarding, negotiate multi-stakeholder agreements, and represent the organization at industry events and forums.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate development
  • Proven track record closing and scaling complex deals with payment platforms, neobanks, custodians, or embedded finance providers
  • Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure including wallets, custody, card issuing, stablecoins, and compliance tooling
  • Familiarity with crypto infrastructure, especially Ethereum and Layer 2s, and wallet abstraction concepts
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to map fragmented fintech value chains
  • Proven ability to engage and negotiate with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience building 0→1 partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and partner programs
  • Excellent communication skills for translating between business, technical, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving markets and iterating quickly

  • Publish thought leadership on programmable money and composable compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with wallets, stablecoin issuers, and banking-as-a-service providers
