Enterprise Sales Lead
About the Role
You will define and own the go-to-market strategy for Korea, identify high-leverage market entry points, and originate and close complex partnerships. You will collaborate with product and engineering to ensure successful integrations and channel market feedback to influence roadmaps. You will represent the organization externally, publish thought leadership, and build long-term relationships with wallets, stablecoin issuers, banks, and other ecosystem partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development partnerships or corporate development
- Proven track record closing and scaling complex deals with payment platforms neobanks custodians or embedded finance providers
- Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure including wallet custody card issuing stablecoin and compliance tooling
- Familiarity with crypto infrastructure especially Ethereum Layer 2 and wallet abstraction
- Strong strategic thinking and GTM planning skills
- Proven ability to close deals with C-level stakeholders and multi-party partnerships
- High agency operator capable of building 0→1 partnerships and partner programs with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills to translate between business technical and ecosystem stakeholders
- Comfortable working in ambiguous fast-moving markets
- Role must be based in Korea
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Korea strategy end-to-end
- Identify high-leverage market entry points
- Translate protocol capabilities into business narratives
- Source structure and close high-impact partnerships
- Drive adoption of on-chain wallets stablecoin and embedded finance SDK
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Collaborate with product engineering and partner teams to ensure integration and onboarding
- Channel market feedback to influence product roadmap
- Shape internal offerings such as SDKs liquidity support and ecosystem programs
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Publish thought leadership on programmable money and financial infrastructure
- Build and maintain relationships with wallets stablecoin issuers and banking providers
