Enterprise Solution Consultant
About the Role
You will lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, guiding projects from kick-off through post-go-live support. You will analyze client business models, map fund flows, and configure the platform to match accounting and reporting workflows. You will work with technical teams to design integrations and API connections, train client users, and drive adoption until teams are confident and autonomous. You will act as a trusted advisor, anticipate client needs, and resolve multi-stakeholder challenges throughout implementations.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years experience in consulting, ERP or enterprise software implementation, or financial services
- Deep subject matter expertise in accounting and reconciliation
- Knowledge of loans and related financial instruments
- Familiarity with crypto concepts and enterprise crypto operations
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture
- Strong communication with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Client-facing implementation or onboarding experience
