Enterprise Solutions Consultant
About the Role
You will lead onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise clients, guiding them from kick-off through post-go-live support. You will learn each client’s business model, configure the platform to match their workflows, map fund flows, and align reporting and finance stacks. You will train and enable clients to be autonomous, communicate with technical teams and executives, and proactively solve multi-stakeholder challenges.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, ERP or enterprise software implementation, or financial services
- Subject matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loan processes, and crypto concepts
- Experience in client-facing onboarding or enterprise software implementation roles
- Understanding of financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systems
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture
- Ability to communicate with technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Consultative problem-solving approach in multi-stakeholder environments
