Equity Plan Administrator

About the Role

You will manage and administer the company's equity and token compensation programs, operating day-to-day administration of grants, vesting, and recordkeeping. You will prepare token grant agreements and materials for board consents, ensure compliance and accurate reporting, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and improve administration processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset
  • No prior token plan administration experience required

Responsibilities

  • Administer equity and token plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare financial and regulatory reports
  • Oversee granting processes and maintain accurate grant and vesting records
  • Draft and issue token grant agreements
  • Prepare token lists and materials for board consents
  • Serve as primary contact for stakeholder questions and education about compensation programs
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, People, and product teams to integrate token programs
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements for administration workflows
