Events & Experiences Manager
About the Role
You will own how LayerZero shows up in the world by designing and executing high-impact events and experiences. You will plan and lead participation in major conferences, manage end-to-end event execution including strategy logistics vendor relationships and creative production, and produce owned events such as launches and partner summits. You will work cross-functionally to integrate content and educational programming, measure engagement and ROI, and continuously improve event systems playbooks and post-event reporting.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in event strategy or experiential marketing preferably in fintech technology or crypto
- Proven success delivering complex multi-stakeholder events at scale
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong vendor negotiation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational precision
- Comfortable operating in a high-performance high-speed environment
