Exchange Software Engineer
About the Role
You will build, maintain, and extend the high-throughput trading engine that powers the ARKM exchange. You will implement new features across the stack, from user-facing interfaces to core systems, and craft frontend experiences using React and optional NextJS. You will own and operate the exchange cloud stack using AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform. You will optimize systems for low-latency, data-intensive operation, communicate clearly, and make autonomous engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Experience with React
- Experience with NextJS (preferred)
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with GitHub CI/CD
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform
- Experience with low-latency or data-intensive or financial applications (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously and exercise good judgment
