Execution Trader
About the Role
You will manage the operations, trading and positioning of USDe's backing assets. You will move collateral between custodians, operate and improve an in-house automated execution platform, and execute trades using proprietary algorithms within strict risk parameters. You will monitor real-time market risks and adjust positions, collaborate on trading coverage, and provide regular performance updates to the Head Trader.
Requirements
- Current senior trader level or higher in electronic or quantitative trading
- Established professional experience in cryptocurrency markets including perpetual contracts and spot trading
- Experience using crypto exchange APIs and order execution workflows with at least two of Binance, Bybit, OKX, Deribit, Bitget
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, trade evaluation, or backtesting (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong prioritisation and communication skills
- Flexible and able to respond to events in a 24/7 marketplace
